Joe Biden doesn’t want extradition of Ahlam Tamimi

As part of his administration’s policy of appeasing Palestinian terrorists and empowering terror-patron nations such as Iran, Joe Biden is unwilling to press Jordanian King Abdullah II in extraditing Ahlam Tamimi, the notorious Hamas terrorist, who has been sheltered in Jordan for years.

Back in 2016, when then president-elect Donald Trump met Barack Obama in the White House and expressed his firm determination of relocating American embassy to Jerusalem city, Obama had angrily objected to it stating, it was an “unpopular” step, which would be counterproductive to the United States. But Donald Trump did not pay heed to it. Instead, he had shifted the US embassy to Jerusalem, thus recognizing the historic and sacred city as the eternal and undivided capital of the State of Israel.

Now, Donald Trump is no more in the White House, and Obama’s shadow Biden is committedly pushing forward his agendas of appeasing Iran, Palestinians terrorists and the enemies of Jews and Israel. As part of such nefarious agenda, Joe Biden is unwilling to exert pressure on Jordanian King Abdullah II in extraditing Alham Tamimi.

Meanwhile, according to media reports, in a years-long quest for justice, the parents of an American-Israeli girl killed in a 2001 Palestinian terror attack are pressing for a meeting with Joe Biden, in the hope of forcing Jordan to extradite the notorious woman convicted of masterminding and carrying out the attack.

Malki Roth, 15, was killed when Palestinian suicide bomber Izz al-Din Shuheil al-Masri blew himself up inside a crowded Sbarro’s pizza restaurant in downtown Jerusalem. The bombing, on August 9, 2001, killed 15 and injured another 130. Seven of the fatalities were children.

“We are bereaved parents as you are, sir. We have a burning sense that injustice in the wake of our child’s murder is winning”, wrote parents Arnold and Frimet Roth in a letter to Biden.

“We ask that you address this as only the leader of the United States can”.

Ahlam Tamimi, now a Jordanian national associated with mega-terror outfit Hamas who was studying at Bir Zeit University near Ramallah, was sentenced to 16 life sentences for helping plan the bombing, including surveilling possible targets and escorting the bomber to the restaurant.

Israel released Tamimi in 2011 as part of the Gilad Shalit prisoner swap.

Victims rights groups have been seeking Tamimi’s extradition to the US because two Americans — 15-year-old Malki Roth and 31-year old Judith Greenbaum — were among the dead. Greenbaum was pregnant at the time.

Another dual US-Israeli citizen, Chana Nachenberg, survived but has been hospitalized in a vegetative state ever since.

In 2017, the US Justice Department officially filed charges against Tamimi and announced it would seek her extradition. The FBI also added her to its list of Most Wanted Terrorists.

Jordan turned-down the request, saying its parliament had never ratified the extradition treaty. Efforts to bring the terrorist to justice took a further hit last year when Interpol dropped its warrant for Tamimi’s arrest. It was later revealed that the Jordanian King Abdullah II, at request of his wife Queen Rania, who is a Palestinian and diehard supporter of Hamas, has taken initiatives in getting Ahlam Tamimi cleared from the Interpol list.

Following her release from Israeli prison, the monster Ahlam Tamimi went to Jordan, where she received a hero’s welcome. Jordanian Queen Rania reportedly had secret meeting with this monster and presented her bouquet. The Jordanian king and queen also are maintaining deeper relations with Raghad Hussein, the daughter of Saddam Hussein, who also has been living in Jordan for many years.

Tamimi has since become a well-known media personality, hosting a talk show, “Breeze of the Free”, on the Hamas-affiliated Al-Quds TV. She also writes weekly columns and appears as a regular analyst on Al-Jazeera and BBC-Arabic. The common denominator: justifying and inciting terror.

Ahlam Tamimi has never shown remorse for her role in the deadly attack, and instead has expressed pride in the death toll. She told the Associated Press in 2017 that Palestinians have a right to launch terror attacks against Israelis.

“We are an oppressed people defending ourselves”, al-Tamimi told AP from her home in Amman. “We want Israel to leave our land so we can live in quiet”.

Asked about her role in the killing of civilians, including children, Tamimi said: “I don’t target children, but when the bomb goes off, it goes everywhere”.

It may be mentioned here that the United States provides around US$1.3 billion in aid to Jordan annually, although King Abdullah II and his family members have been regularly stealing public wealth and smuggling it to several Western countries.

The parents of the Tamimi’s terrorist attack, Arnold and Frimet Roth’s letter to Biden added, “We want you to look us in the eyes, Mr. President, and tell us how Jordan’s king can be a praiseworthy ally”.

Although it is evidently proved that King Abdullah II is no ally of the United States or any civilized nation, as he has been harboring terrorists and murderers of Americans, Joe Biden is not going to listen to the outcry of the family members of the victims of Palestinian terror. Instead, he is going to ignore those critics of Palestinian terrorists and their patron – including King Abdullah II of Jordan and begin fresher romance with the radical Islamic jihadists during his July 13 Middle East tour.
