A property in central Broby in Östra Göinge has been taken over by immigrant gangs and Muslim has turned house into ISIS camp. Shots are regularly fired into the air outside the building, which in recent weeks has also proclaimed itself as the headquarters of ISIS sympathizers by hanging the flag of the Muslim terrorist group on the façade.
Gang-related unrest has been occurring in the area for a long time. In addition to the recurring shootings, the national bomb squad has been forced to pull out to disarm bombs.
Samnytt has previously reported on how intensified police operations in Malmö and Helsingborg did not get parts of the criminal gangs to move their operations to places with a lower police presence. One such area is Broby.
Police and other authorities are faced with the development and have not known what to do about criminal immigrant gangs and IS sympathizers taking over a property in the town.
Östra Göinge’s municipal councilor Patric Åberg (M) recently hatched one if he thinks it is an innovative idea – let the municipality, for taxpayers’ money, buy up properties of this kind and then demolish them.
It is not my responsibility to deal with crime, but we can buy properties that are a disgrace in the municipality to increase security.
The proposal won a hearing and for an unreported number of tax dollars, the gang-criminal municipality is now buying the ISIS headquarters and then leveling the house with the ground. That this may be a considerable sum is indicated, however, by the property owner in a comment to SVT Nyheter Skåne declaring himself very satisfied with the deal.
Officially, the municipality does not want to admit that the purchase is caused by the fact that society does not have control over the immigration-related problems. On its website, it is stated as a reason for the measure that the building “is in decline”.
Åberg admits, however, that ” there has been an escalation in the last three weeks ” on the part of the criminal and Islamist gangs and that the police have to pull out more and more often. The municipal council describes this as ” a sign that something is not right ”
The establishment of the gang criminals and Islamists in the town in the wake of being pushed out of Malmö, among other places, now risks reducing Broby’s attractiveness among ordinary honest citizens. There is a risk of a vicious circle where more and more Borby residents move out as the criminal clientele moves in.
There is therefore a plan to buy up and demolish another unspecified number of properties in the town and demolish them in order to prevent further unwanted influx of criminals and terrorist sympathizers and hopefully get rid of some of those who have already established themselves in the town.
The demolition date for the now purchased building is set for 1 June. It is not clear when the purchase and demolition of buildings on a broader front can start, nor how much money in the municipal budget has been set aside for this.
Broby center, which has become a popular haunt for antisocial elements, will also be refurbished. Among other things, a new bus square and housing will be built here.
