Troubled Democrats fear Donald Trump’s victory in 2024

Troubled Democrats, despite the fact of sinking approval ratings of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and in-house tension inside the White House are fearing victory of Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential elections, while they also are afraid of disastrous result in the 2022 midterm polls. Majority of the Democrats now have starting accepting the fact of a massive Republican wave during the 2022 midterm elections. They also are prepared for retaking of the Congress and the Senate by GOP (Grand Old Party). They think, this tsunami will have the paradoxical effect of tempting Trump to run again in 2024, a reality that had Democratic Party operatives literally cackling with glee.

Some critics say, for a while — as Glenn Youngkin just showed in the Virginia governor’s race — Trumpism (deregulation, tax cuts, disdaining fighting wars of choice, a strategic focus on China, and protectionism) remains popular, Trump assuredly is not, particularly with the independent voters who tend to determine the outcome of American presidential elections.

According to neutral analysts, the GOP is still Trump’s party. An October Morning Consult poll found that a dominant 47 percent of Republicans said they would vote for Trump if he ran in the 2024 party primaries, with only 13 percent supporting former Vice President Mike Pence and 12 percent rising star Ron DeSantis, the present governor of Florida. Reading the tea leaves, most Republican presidential hopefuls have not dared to declare, preferring to wait and see if Trump throws his hat into the ring once again. Meaning, Donald Trump will get Republican ticket unless he decides to stay away for the election. Several GOP insiders said, Donald Trump will easily knock-out Joe Biden or any other Democratic Party candidate as a large number of Democratic voters may even cast their vote in favor of Trump because of their extreme frustration and anger at Joe Biden and his “running mate” Kamala Harris. Democrats believe, the party has lost its spirits largely because it was engaged in destructive politics ever since Trump won the election. They hold Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama responsible for the disastrous fate of the party, as it had, instead of being a party dedicated to its voters had played the role of a whim-boat for Clinton.

By all accounts, a Republican sweep of the 2022 midterms will paradoxically be the single most important event tempting him into the 2024 presidential race. The Trump camp’s view is that, with the Republicans on the rise and with their man — according to Gallup polling — the most popular leader of the party ever, the political circumstances could not be more propitious for his return to front-line politics, as he tries to become only the second president in US history (after Grover Cleveland) to regain the White House after losing it.

Meanwhile, some heavyweight analysts in the Capitol Hill believe, Joe Biden administration has adopted destructive diplomacy which would cost Washington’s relations with a number of foreign nations, mostly time-tested allies of the US. Joe Biden already has put US-Saudi relations at stake by showing blind support towards the Houthi terrorists and terror-patron Iran. At the same time, Biden’s Middle East policy is by and large extending patronization to religious extremism and jihad. He has been particularly bias towards Palestinian mega-terror outfit Hamas as well as other jihadist groups in the Middle East. Biden’s outrageous withdrawal from Afghanistan and leaving the country at mercy of the Taliban jihadists certainly proves – Joe Biden is not looking for combating religious extremism and radical Islamic terror. Instead, he is committedly pushing-forward nefarious agenda of letting the world go into the cruel grips of radical Islamic jihad and violent extremism.

  1. I disagree with the ideas developed in this article.
This because what is really happening on the world stage is an undeclared World War & the Democrats in Washington are just political puppets of far larger hidden powers driving this undeclared war.
This is a war fought not with bombs but with biological germ weapons, specifically Covid 19 Virus.
    followed by lethal vaccines.
This is not just more of America’s international agenda driven by the Democrat regime in Washington’s perceptions of what is good for the USA.
Rather, this agenda is driven by International Vested Interests who have owned the Democrats since 1913.
