Rahul Gandhi, the scion of India’s most famous political dynasty, has long been at the center of attention, both for his public role and his private life. While the Indian National Congress (INC) has worked tirelessly to craft an image of him as a visionary leader, the truth is far more complex and unsettling. Beneath the polished exterior lies a web of dark secrets and untold stories that the people of India deserve to know – secrets that could reshape their understanding of the man who aspires to lead their nation.

To begin with, there is no personal vendetta against Indian National Congress (INC) leader and scion of the Gandhi dynasty, Rahul Gandhi. As an investigative journalist, it is my responsibility to uncover untold and unknown facts – even if they reveal shocking or dark secrets – about individuals on whom the future of a country greatly depends, particularly when that country is India, the world’s largest and oldest democracy.

As a secular individual, I am indifferent to Motilal Nehru’s double marriage, Jawaharlal Nehru’s extramarital romantic and physical relations with British Viceroy Lord Mountbatten’s wife Edwina Mountbatten, or Sonia Gandhi’s past liaisons with multiple men; these are well-known to everyone. My focus in this article is Rahul Gandhi, who harbors plenty of shocking and dark secrets that the people of India deserve to know.

Regarding Rahul Gandhi, a former classmate from Trinity College shared, “Rahul is a very friendly individual. We know he is extremely secular by nature. He loves fried bacon and beef steak. His lifestyle is entirely Western. We never felt he hailed from a Hindu family”. Similar opinions were echoed by at least four of his other alma maters.

While many people are confused about Rahul Gandhi’s personal life, including his romances and potential marriage, a team of contributors from Blitz, spanning multiple countries, has conducted an extensive investigation into these matters. Based on findings supported by solid evidence, it is apparent that Hindu women have no place in Rahul Gandhi’s romantic life. Instead, he has always been attracted to non-Hindu women, including Muslims.

Our investigation reveals that, although Rahul Gandhi had brief romantic relationships with several Christian and Muslim women during his student years, his first known serious relationship was with an Afghan woman named Noal Zaher, who is also known as Princess Noal. Her father, Prince Muhammad Daoud Pashtunyar Khan, was educated at Esteqlal High School and the Military Academy in Kabul. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Afghan Air Force and later became a civil aviation pilot.

Princess Noal’s mother, Princess Fatima Begum, also known as Fatima Aref Zaher, served as the First Secretary (Protocol, Financial Affairs, and Public Relations) at the Afghan Embassy in Rome from 2005 and later as the Afghan Chargé d’Affaires in Rome from 2007. She is the daughter of General Sardar Muhammad Aref Khan, a former Afghan Ambassador to the USSR.

Suspiciously, a link to an article detailing Rahul Gandhi’s romantic relationship with Princess Noal was removed by ITI Times, likely due to the intervention of a reputation management company. Similarly, another report published in 2012 by The Sunday Guardian has also been removed.

Princess Noal Zaher is the granddaughter of Mohammed Zahir Shah, the Afghan King who ruled Afghanistan from 1933 until 1973.

When asked why Rahul Gandhi’s relationship with Princess Noal ended, his friends stated, “That’s what he does with women who fall in love with him”. They further explained that Princess Noal even converted to Roman Catholic Christianity, leaving Islam, in preparation for their marriage, which was to follow Catholic rituals. Rahul Gandhi often prayed with his girlfriend Noal in Sonia Gandhi’s home chapel in Italy.

According to another source, the relationship between Rahul and Noal deteriorated when she became pregnant, and Rahul insisted that she have an abortion. This deeply hurt Noal, and she decided to end the relationship, viewing Rahul as a betrayer.

Princess Noal Zaher has since found happiness and married Egyptian Prince Muhammad Ali (known as the Prince of Sa’id) in 2013.

We did not receive any response from Princess Noal Zaher.

While studying at Trinity College under Cambridge University, Rahul Gandhi became romantically involved with Veronique Cartelli, the daughter of a wealthy Colombian drug cartel leader.

Although media reports claimed their relationship ended in 2000, Rahul Gandhi admitted during a 2004 interview with Indian Express journalist Vrinda Gopinath that his girlfriend’s name was Veronique. However, he misleadingly described her as being “of Spanish origin and an architect by profession”. Rahul Gandhi likely attempted to obscure Cartelli’s true identity by claiming she was of “Spanish origin”, when in fact, she hails from Colombia, where Spanish is the official language. Our sources in Spain confirmed that Veronique Cartelli is not a Spanish citizen by birth.

It should be noted that Veronique Cartelli was publicly seen with Rahul Gandhi when she came to Delhi for his mother’s maiden rally in 1998.

Though they were spotted together several times afterward, they have recently been meeting very discreetly in foreign countries. They were seen together in various locations, including the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. During their stay, Rahul Gandhi (alias Rahul Vinci) and Veronique Cartelli shared the same room and bed, claiming they were “partners”, with Cartelli sporting an extremely expensive diamond ring. It has also come to light that Cartelli occasionally uses the alias Juanita Vinci to further obscure her true identity.

Another source claims that Rahul Vinci and Veronique Cartelli were seen using cocaine in their hotel room while staying in the Andamans.

In April 2019, it was revealed that Rahul Gandhi uses the pseudonym Rahul Vinci and that he has two children with Veronique Cartelli: Nyak Vinci, a boy who is now 19 years old, and Minic Vinci, a girl who is now 15 years old. Although Rahul and Cartelli did not officially register their marriage, the children bear their father’s surname, “Vinci”.

According to the Gulf News, in 2003, John M. Itty, a social activist and retired professor submitted a petition demanding action against Rahul Gandhi under the Immoral Trafficking Act for staying at a resort in Kumarakom near Kottayam with his girlfriend Juanita. The petitioner said, Rahul and Juanita had stayed together in the backwater lake resort for three days even though they were not married.

We did not receive any response from Rahul Vinci’s undocumented wife Veronique Cartelli alias Juanita Vinci regarding the identity of the biological father of her children – Nyak Vinci and Minic Vinci.

Meanwhile, in an attempt to mislead the public about Rahul Gandhi’s relationship with Veronique Cartelli, some media outlets published photos of a woman they claimed to be Cartelli. It was later revealed that this woman was actually Nathalia Ramos, a Spanish actor and political scientist. Nathalia Ramos even shared a picture with Rahul Gandhi on Instagram, praising him as “eloquent” and “insightful”.

In her post, Ramos also mentioned that she was “blessed to have the opportunity” to meet Rahul and other “brilliant thinkers”. Nathalia Ramos is best known for her roles as Yasmin in the 2007 film Bratz and as Nina Martin in the 2011 Nickelodeon television series House of Anubis. She also appeared in the music video for Prima J’s single “Rockstar”.

Nathalia Ramos’ mother is Australian, and her father is the Spanish pop singer Juan Carlos Ramos Vaquero, known by his stage name “Iván”. Born in Madrid, Spain, Ramos comes from a Jewish family and currently lives in the United States.

Nathalia’s Instagram post with Rahul Gandhi generated mixed reactions on social media. While some appreciated Gandhi’s remarks during the conversation, others trolled him for his “dynasty politics” comment at UC Berkeley.

A recent video described Nathalia Ramos as a “political powerhouse”, but a credible source claims that Rahul Gandhi has been maintaining a relationship with her and using Nathalia as an “effective tool” for networking with influential figures in the US Capitol and elsewhere, as well as with media outlets.

On May 27, 2019, Indian politician Subramanian Swamy tweeted, “Raul Vinci. Only non-citizen of India having two Indian passports besides Italian and British”. Following up on this lead, investigative reporters from Blitz discovered that Rahul Vinci holds nationality in a Caribbean Island nation, which he bought by investing US$250,000. We are further investigating the matter.

We also found the existence of a company named “La Vinci-Cartelli”, which provides “financial consultancy services” to wealthy individuals from China, Iran, Italy (including Italian mafias), and even corrupt individuals from Pakistan.

An anonymous source mentioned that a few years ago, there were allegations of “La Vinci-Cartelli” being involved in a narcotic submarine scandal, where the company was allegedly managing the operations of Colombian narco-consignments from its secret office in Miami. We have not yet confirmed whether Rahul Vinci and his undocumented wife Veronique Cartelli, aka Juanita Vinci, are the owners of this company.

Although everyone believes Rahul Gandhi is an Indian citizen, Subramanian Swamy tweeted on August 10, 2024, claiming he is actually a British citizen. In his tweet, Swamy stated, “This is Rahul Gandhi’s Annual Return filed with the British Government as a British citizen. Is Modi blackmailed by Sonia to not take action?”

According to data available online, Backops Limited, (Company number 04874597), was incorporated on August 21, 2003. Although the company claims to provide “Consultancy services”, it has essentially functioned as Rahul Gandhi’s lobbying firm, offering business advantages to prospective foreign entities in exchange for kickbacks. Another partner in the company is an American citizen named Ulrik McKnight, while a previous director was a British national named Brian Lovegrove. Suspiciously, Lovegrove’s date of birth is not mentioned. As the existence of this company became known, Rahul Gandhi quietly dissolved it sometime in 2007.

In a report, Business Today claimed, the co-promoter of Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s UK firm Backops Limited, UK acquired defence offsets under the UPA regime. Ulrik Mcknight was 35 percent co-owner of Backops UK, in which Rahul Gandhi owned a majority 65 percent equity between 2003 and 2009 before the firm was wound up. Mcknight later went on to acquire offset contracts from French defense supplier Naval Group against Scorpene submarines in 2011.

Rahul Gandhi has also been associated with a company with similar name Backops Services Private Limited where his sister and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra served as a co-director. Rahul Gandhi in his election affidavit of 2004 declared that he owned 83 percent shares in this Indian firm and had made a capital investment of Indian Rupees 250,000 in the same. Incorporated in 2002, this company was too dissolved later and its last returns were filed in June 2010. However, Rahul Gandhi’s former business partner and his future companies went to benefit from offset contracts given by French defense company.

In 2011, as part of its offset obligations, French defense manufacturing company Naval Group (formerly known as DCNS) had signed a contract with Visakhapatnam-based Flash Forge Private Limited for the supply of critical parts for the Scorpene submarines being built at Mumbai’s Mazagon Dock Limited (MDL). The French firm was under contract to work with MDL to build six Scorpene submarines under a contract worth approximately Indian Rupees 200 billion. In the same financial year, the Indian firm Flash Forge acquired a UK based company named Optical Armour Limited. Next year in November 2012, two of Flash Forge directors were given directorship of Optical Armour Limited. On November 8, 2012, the day these two individuals assumed the directorship of the UK Company Ulrik Mcknight was also given directorship of the company. That’s not all, according to the filings made by Optical Armour in 2014 McKnight was allotted 4.9 percent shares by the firm.

We have cross-checked documents related to Backops Limited and found that Rahul Gandhi declared himself a British national. We also discovered another company with the same name, registered on May 3, 2019 (Company number 11977380), with an office at 166 Ashby Road, Loughborough, England, LE11 3AG. This company is also involved in “Management consultancy activities”, similar to its predecessor. Two individuals, Markose Sibi and Sony Sebastian, both Indian nationals, are involved in this company.

We have not been able to verify whether Rahul Gandhi has once again established this new company with these two Indian nationals.

In a previous article, details were provided about Rahul Gandhi’s mother, Sonia Gandhi.

Despite the Indian National Congress’s efforts to portray Rahul Gandhi as a leader with remarkable qualities, evidence suggests otherwise. A secret cable from March 3, 2005, reveals that US authorities view him as a ‘lackluster leader’, raising serious questions about his ability to guide the future of India. The untold secrets surrounding his personal and professional life only add to the growing concerns about his suitability for leadership in one of the world’s most significant democracies.

  1. Interesting! If it is True, then why the GoI not taking (afraid to take) action on so many allegedly fraudulent practices, particularly on the dual/triple citizenship and holding a public post of the country, which I guess is not legal in India?
“Is Modi blackmailed by Sonia to not take action?” is a very Big Question!

    • BJP will never take action on Rahul Gandhi since they want his as an opposition leader so that they can win every election. It is easy to defeat a weak opponent. Anyone other than Rahul Gandhi in Congress can give a fight to BJP.

  2. A news should have authenticity with documented backing. Defame others is
a game to get more readers is a game in news media nowadays. BJP and RSS trying all
their level best to harass and devalue a young man like Rahul itself show what standard of
humanity that this so-called “brahmanathya”. Culture spreading in India.

  3. Many suspicious allegations about the character and conduct of Rahul Gandhi. But in the so-called letter or certificate of Rahul Gandhi at Cambridge University, it is not even Rahul that is mentioned but just RAUL VINCI. Where is the proof that it is of Rahul Gandhi but of some other person in the world?
