Many cases of fraud by builders by taking loans in the name of projects are coming to the fore. Another such case of cheating by the builder with the residents of the society has come to the fore in Surat. Builders took project loan and absconded. Notice has been issued to the flat holders on behalf of the bank. 176 flat holders are holding their breath. The women flat holders have created a ruckus by filing a complaint against the builder with the CID.

The incident of cheating 176 flat holders by a builder has come to light in Surat’s Bamroli. Residents are gasping for breath as the builder has not paid the installments after taking a bank loan. Issue of notice by the bank has increased the troubles of 176 flat holders. The builder has become ruffian by taking a loan of 10 crores on the project flat.

CID Crime has taken up further investigation by registering a complaint against Shlok Enterprises. A case has come to the notice of the bank giving notice to the flat holders when the installments were bounced. So today women have protested against the builder. They are also worried about what will happen to them now.
