Varanasi: Coming to Kashi for the first time in Sawan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 29 schemes worth 12110.24 crores. PM Modi, who reached Varanasi for the 41st time in nine years, addressed the people in their own language. The people of Kashi also welcomed their leader with enthusiasm.
